Great experience with the CLS Money team who helped me secure a remortgage at a competitive rate. Provided good support once it reached the solicitor stage of the remortgage as well. The insurance team also made me aware of useful products without pressurising me.

It's not every day that you meet someone who you believe is truly rooting for you but that was the case when we first spoke to Angela Little at CLS Money.As a family of 4 we knew that our current home wasn’t suitable for our needs but due to some adverse credit that we picked up trying to make ends meet we were struggling to get a mortgage with high street lenders.Thinking we would never be able to obtain a mortgage we contacted CLS Money and were put in touch with Angela Little, who we can only describe as a magician. From the first conversation with her she was straight talking, asked us some of the difficult questions we were trying to avoid and reassuring. Angela’s whole attitude and determination to make things work for us was infectious. She gave us hope when we’d all but resigned ourselves to never being able to have our dream home.What was truly amazing about Angela was that she never sugar-coated anything, she was up front about the state of our situation and what we could expect. No pipe dreams and false hope from her only realistic outcomes.Even though the service provided was quicker than we could have imagined as each stage through the process progressed we couldn’t help but question our good luck and often waited for the other shoe to drop - but we should have known. It became more and more evident that when Angela said she would make it work for us she meant it. Her and Emma were patient and understanding of all our queries and we never felt bothersome even when we would call asking seemingly minor obvious questions.Now that we have received our mortgage offer and are within reaching distance of our ‘Forever Home’ we can say for certain that we wouldn’t be in this position without the magic of Angela Little.
