Absolutely appalling experience with this company. 3 months of our lives full of anxiety stress and frustration. Poor communication, repeated empty promises and misleading reassurances. Have caused us more stress than ever though possible. Managing Director did not even have grace to reply to our e mail. AVOID

I was matched with CLS Money by an online mortgage matching service. I had a 2 email exchange with someone called Jamie and then I was ignored. I sent a follow up and phoned the office, still ignored. If this is the treatment of a potential customer I wouldn't want these people handling my finances. 1 missed email with regard to a mortgage is something, but ignoring 2 and a follow up phone call is worthy of a negative review in my opinion

Asked someone to contact me and was told they would that day, Never received a call that day or the next. Not a company I would wish to deal with my financial affairs if they even ignore new clients what they going to be like once they have your money!
