From start to finish I litrely can't thank cls money enough,the whole team who I spoke to are really nice and helpful. Our house purchase has taken longer than expected because of covid 19. James sorted me and my other half out with a halifax morgage who had actually turned us down when we went direct and got us accepted for 2.04% rate on the mortgage which is really good for first time buyers.Then Amy was in charge of our account from there, the words of a very large estate agents on our area called her "absolutely relentless" when chasing our solicitors the sellers solicitors, the estate agent and in my personal opinion went well above and beyond anything I could have expected from a mortgage broker,. She sorted out good rates on life and critical illness cover and was fantastic and an absolute joy to work with, which when you are making one of the biggest commitments of your life is really needed. I would 100% recommend cls money and if we move in the future they will be the first company i call.

Very poor service didn’t listen toMortgage criteria, did hard search knowing company does not deal with right to buy flats which is what I was after and then changed mortgage I wanted to suit their needs so told them not to bother. Very disappointing fromA company who are supposed to be skilled at this, my first thought absolutely rubbish and incompetent staff.

Excellent service with a polite and professional manner. Paisley got me a 95% mortgage and Amy saw me through to completion. They were both a pleasure and delight to deal with and were really on the ball, always willing to take the time to call me back and answer any questions i had. Highly recommended
