What a shambles. What should of been an easy remortgage, I simply asked that the solicitors fees are part of the remortgage. Paul, who I dealt with was able to confirm there will be a small fee which was fine, but I would get this back through lenders. When the solicitors fees come through, it’s three times the amount and the person Paul passed it on to was ‘never told about this’. So I’ve now had to pay three times extra, which I can’t afford just to complete. Secondly, after a number of emails to ask why this happened, nothing. No email, no sorry email. It’s embarrassing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

absolutely brilliant team, Amy has been outstanding on communication! thankyou for making this process as first time buyers just a breeze. not one bad thing I can comment on, checking in regularly, and lovely to speak too. if I ever find myself needing to use a Broker again i will be returning without hesitation, feeling very grateful. Thankyou Lauren and Megan, absolutely no faults amazing service! Contacted CLS after another mortgage application failed. On the Wednesday contacted CLS by the Friday application submitted and by the Tuesday following week application accepted! Honestly ladies as first time buyers that panicked after another mortgage was declined you were amazing! Thankyou
