I was told I couldn’t get a mortgage by 2 other advisors, and the one who said they could told me the rate was 11.74%. So I searched online and found CLS who were superb. They managed to get me a rate of 6.59% which saved me over £800 per month.They do charge a fee buts you pay for what you get. Thank you so much

They don’t even deserve the 1 star!Absolutely fraudulent company! Avoid at all costs! I’ve been scammed out of £200. Upon emailing Gemma of my disgust, I have yet to receive a response. Looking at other reviews, it wouldn’t surprise me if I never receive one! You should NEVER pay for a mortgage in principle.Looking on their website, they don’t state fees for their service at any point! The nuisance calls as soon as you put in an online enquiry are horrendous! 3 calls within an hour with email follow-ups each time!AVOID AVOID AVOIDAn absolute scam!

I was struggling to remortgage because of our age, we really did not want to go down the equity release route which was all everyone said we could do. I found CLS with a web search, I'd tried other brokers and had even spoken direct to lenders without success. CLS thought they could help .. I must admit I was a bit sceptical but thought for £99 upfront it was worth a go. A month later and we've just completed on our new mortgage with a first class lender .. can't believe it. The girls at CLS were brilliant, great communicators, said what they were going to do and did it. No delays, they kept everything on tr.ack, simple and straightforward, great service. My scepticism was totally misplaced - can't fault them. Thank you Lauren, Megan and Amy - brilliant team, exceptional service.

My details were given to CLS via a lender comparison site and I was immediately spammed with x8 phone calls in a 3-hour window, along with multiple texts and emails, and then again this morning before I blocked all the numbers. They seem desperate and deeply unprofessional and the whole experience has put me off the company entirely before I've even engaged with them properly.I will be going straight back to L&C!
