My experience with CLS was seamless from start to end. With adverse credit, I was nervous entering the property market with poor credit history created by a previous partner. I was treated friendly, fair and the process was so quick and the customer service was so professional. Thank you! Highly recommend!
Terrible spent 45 mins on the phone to them on a Saturday taking my information... said that's fine will hand it over to someone else then I will get a call back a few days later in the morning as I had work... been nearly a week no call.. cant get hold of them and even messaged on their app... they either don't like a bit of a challenging case or just lazy.. shocking service... would avoid

They ask you to pay for a mortgage in principal which you absolutely do not have to do. I received quotes from 2 mortgage brokers, CLS being one of them. When CLS couldn’t find the best offer, they began to send me email say that the other mortgage broker was lieing about the rates they couldn’t get us and that they had the best offer. It was a very transparent attempt to ‘close a sale’ which made me feel very uncomfortable. I can confirm that the mortgage broker that did get us a good rate, wasn’t lieing.

Wish I could give less than one star!! I’m sure they are a fraudulent company. Said my Mums mortgage was accepted back in May 2023. Requested shed loads of documents and paperwork (I have two mortgages and have NEVER been asked for so many things). We provided everything and then they’d ask for something else… This went on for MONTHS. Constantly asking for new documents. I complained multiple times and was constantly told be Frankie and/or Sian that they were doing everything possible to secure my mums mortgage. Finally in November 2023 they said they’ve secured a new lender, they sent someone from ‘Santander’ to value the property… then we NEVER heard back from them. I have sent numerous emails with no response.They took my 60 year old mothers money and caused he so much stress. She has now lost out on buying her first home as it needed to be completed by 15th January 2024 and we still have no mortgage. Absolutely fuming.

I was told I couldn’t get a mortgage by 2 other advisors, and the one who said they could told me the rate was 11.74%. So I searched online and found CLS who were superb. They managed to get me a rate of 6.59% which saved me over £800 per month.They do charge a fee buts you pay for what you get. Thank you so much
