After being told by l&c I could not get a mortgage and to return in 6 months Cls money sorted me a mortgage within days. I was really sceptical at first but it just proves you get what you pay for, Cls aren’t the cheapest but made getting a mortgage a breeze. Had a mortgage offer within a week of signing up. The whole team were fantastic from Charlie who initially got me the mortgage, Freya who saw me through to completion and Sophie in the insurance team. They instructed the solicitor, sorted the insurance, done all of the chasing so I didn’t have to. Wouldn’t hesitate to use and recommend again
I have used many brokers in the past but have found CLS and Lucy F in particular the best! Lucy was clear in explaining the process and was supportive throughout. She even worked late in the evening to deal with my mithering and offered options and possible solutions to our situation - I would highly recommend!

I would avoid this firm, initial experience started off ok, got an initial offer and then once I was in a position to move forward the broker was never available, rang several times and left messages with reception over multiple days, would get responses that he would call back via email and never did, got frustrated and spoke with reception to get me another broker within the firm to continue with my application and again they just never got back. Blessing in disguise really, because if this is how they handle things I wouldnt trust them to be reliable further down the line

Blaming each other for problems wouldn’t provide manager details. Wrong address on letters wrong name on letters. Wrong mortgage amounts just a complete farce from the get go. 3 months to receive an offer!!! You decide if you want to deal with these clowns. 🤡 never again. Steer well clear !!
