Review Time
Received my ombré formal dress today. To say I was nervous about ordrering online would be an understatement. When it arrived we put it on and fell in love with it all over again. I exceptionally made. Thank you so much for making a special day even more special with this dress..
I ordered my dress with Cocomelody, the production time was 30 days and shipping expected to be 7-10 days. A week after the proposed shipment date I noticed my dress had not yet been shipped. I got in touch and was told there was a delay because it was wedding season. I understand this can be a busy time for the dressmakers but surely they anticipate this surge in business each year?I was assured it would be posted within a week, when it wasn't I got in touch again and was told it would be posted in 3 days and was asked when was my wedding date. I told them not for 12 weeks and then they responded to say it would not be ready for another two weeks. I got quite upset at this point and informed them of how upsetting it was to me. They then assured me that it would be posted last Friday, and true to their word I received a DHL tracking number and thought finally, my dress is on its way and there is no more guessing.It has been 4 days and the tracking information had not changed so i got in touch with DHL to query this. They responded to let me know they never physically received the goods at all but that they received a digital number for the package that is due to be posted and told me to speak with Cocomelody regarding this.I am beyond upset at this point. It is so close to the wedding. The customer service have been polite but very indirect about my order. I was led to believe it was shipped when it wasn't and I still do not know when to expect my dress, even though the wedding is around the corner.I have expressed my upset at the situation and eventually I received an apology but its not good enough. They consistenly lied over and over again about the shipment date to keep me complacent. If they had told me right away that there was a 4 week backlog and apologised I wouldn't have minded half as much, it would have been better than expecting it every few days to be shipped/delivered.I read so many great reviews about them I am so surprised this has happened but I do want to let people know about my negative experience as they do occur also.Hopefully, I receive my dress soon and I am happy with it. Cocomelody need to be more upfront with their customers. This entire ordeal would have been easier if they had been honest with me instead of stringing me along with lies about shipment dates.I won't be ordering from here again.
Ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses from Coco melody. Was a bit nervous, they were made and delivered within the time frame. When they arrived I was over the moon with the dresses, they fit my friends perfectly, are amazing quality, very well made, gorgeous material. The customer service is also excellent. I'm ordering from again from this company :)
I ordered a customised wedding dress from CocoMelody last year for my wedding this past April 2017. There were some dress that I found online that were nice and pretty but it wasn't exactly what I wanted. I sent through an enquiry. Fiona (customer consultant) was really easy to work. Everything was done via email: sent through the pictures, specific details of what I wanted, my measurements. The process took about 7 weeks before receiving confirmation that my dress was completed. Checked all the details via pictures, and fixed all the parts that I thought wasn't just right. Delivery was tracked and arrived after 4 days from final confirmation date.I'm super happy with everything. I also purchased 4 bridesmaids dresses from CocoMelody. Will definitely recommended to all my friends.
What an amazing experience, I was was so blown away by their service, they communicate well, there are available to chat at any time, they give you the best advise and the are true to their word. Perfect is an understatement for their services. Cocomelody is outstanding and exceptional in all areas. When I received my dress shoes and veil my gosh I was lost for words and felt like but buying another one just so that I can enjoy that experience over again. The sizes where perfect too and the quality of their fabric and beading dear Lord help, it was just simply perfect. Shipping only took 3.5 days, they shipped my parcel through DHL on Friday 4/11/16 and I received in in New Zealand on 7/11/16 before 11am. It was fast , effective and very efficient. Packaging was great too. I have referred one of my friends who is getting married soon and I can wait to refer more people. First of all, I have to say that I was very satisfied with the wedding gown I bought from CocoMelody that I asked them to send me the link to write the good review for them. CocoMelody was a great part of my wonderful wedding day. On top of the every reasonable and affordable price, the wedding gown I bought from CocoMelody was custom size, perfect fit, arrive in time and the customer service is great. They responded to my emails in a timely and professional manner. The team worked closely with me to ensure that everything is per order, they confirmed the details of size and length to make sure all is right. I am very impressed and satisfied. I would recommend this store for my family and friends.

Since, we were looking 3 bridesmaids dresses in yellow color, it was easier for us to order them online and of course cheaper. I started to look online, reading reviews, etc. Chinese stores offers a lot of different products.... but you never know what you get. Most of the review saying that it's usually 50/50, therefore we decided to try with cocomelody. Why they? I guess I choose them only because they have a store in CA and they had a good reviews as well. We ordered 3 dresses. The whole communication process from start to finish was with a customer service representative - Fiona Kuo. All my answers were responding in a timely manner. Do not forget about the time difference! I got the dresses month later (DHL signature confirmation). I was surprised, each dress was packed separately in cocomelody zip cover. Moreover, I was surprised, that they came exactly as pictured, well made! I'm very happy with my purchase! Dam, why I did not order my wedding dress from them.....because I was very skeptical about Chinese stores and decided to order my dress from local designer, which was a big mistake.....
I'm not a person why usually writes a review, but this time I decided to do it, because I know who brides are struggling these days and how hard is it to arrange everything, Personal thank you Fiona Kuo to make the purchasing process easier!
I was so happy to find Cocomelody. I had looked and looked for the perfect dress and then I came across them and was so grateful I did. I chose one from their designer collection and I LOVED it. It is not expensive but still of good quality. I am so excited to have found that perfect dress and can't wait for it to arrive for my special day. Thanks Cocomelody!!!!!
