Unacceptable experience from start to finish.

Completely unacceptable from beginning to end. Upon arrival, the accommodation was in a dangerous and unacceptable state, looking nothing like the description provided. I reported the issues to both the property owners and the service but received no substantial help from either, forcing me to find alternative lodging. The front door appeared to have been forcibly opened, the sofa was entirely unusable, panels were damaged, a persistent smoke odor lingered, the carpets were burned and heavily stained, and the tables were obviously neglected. The level of maintenance is alarmingly inadequate, and this property should not be listed or rented out in such a condition. The images are misleading and do not accurately represent reality. This was a distressing and unacceptable experience, resulting in a complete loss of time and money. Steer clear at all costs.

Inconvenient stay without hot water.

Update: I reached out through the platform, even though that was not how I booked. Now I'm just receiving nonsensical messages instead of them checking their voicemail or texts! We have been without hot water for 39 hours in one of their properties and have been unable to contact the service. This is not the only issue we've encountered, but it's the most urgent, and they are not answering calls, messages, or emails. Perhaps this will prompt a response.

Avoid at all costs. Save your time and money.

Absolutely appalling from start to finish. Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the accommodation was in an unacceptable and unsafe state, looking nothing like the listing. I raised these concerns with both the property owners and the service, but received no meaningful assistance from either, leaving me no choice but to find alternative lodging. The front door seemed forcibly opened, the sofa was completely unusable, panels were broken, a strong smoke smell lingered throughout, the carpets were burned and heavily stained, and the tables were visibly neglected. The level of maintenance is shockingly poor, and this property should not be advertised or rented in such a state. The photos are misleading and do not reflect the reality at all. This was a stressful and unacceptable experience, resulting in a complete waste of time and money. Avoid this place completely.

No WiFi or signal in the house.

Currently staying in one of their properties while working away, and there is no WiFi or signal at all. I called to complain and requested a refund, but they keep avoiding the issue. I was told they needed time to resolve it, so I agreed to wait until 8 PM, but when I called back, no one answered. Do not stay with this service; they take your money and ignore you.

Booking cancelled by the host.

We never had the chance to find out about the property as our booking was cancelled due to a 'calendar error.' I suspect they realized there was a big event that weekend and wanted to charge more. To make matters worse, we've been told to wait 7-14 business days for a refund. Extremely poor service.

Awful experience with the service.

Our experience has been absolutely terrible. In Cardiff, we were promised a spacious apartment near the bay, but after being switched three times, we are now stuck in a cramped flat much farther away. The customer service has been miserable; we repeatedly received incomplete or misleading information, as if generated by an AI rather than a real person. Never again!

Stay elsewhere if you want cleanliness.

The promised experience did not match reality. The air fryer was left dirty with rancid grease, the dishwasher was broken, and there were no tea towels for manual washing. I reported these issues, but they offered no solutions. One of the bedrooms had bedside tables hanging off the wall, and there was a single toilet roll with only half left on it. No bath mat was provided for after the shower, and the bin in the other bedroom had not been cleaned. Despite this, they charge a hefty cleaning fee of £113. They must have the best-paid cleaners in the country because this flat would take only an hour or two to clean properly, but it wasn't.

Clean and tidy accommodation.

The place was very clean and tidy. We had a few check-in issues, but they were resolved quickly. I will definitely be booking again in the future!

Nice flat but too expensive.

The flat was very nice, but charging £496 for two nights is excessive, and the £100 cleaning fee for just two nights is ridiculous.

Great location and beautiful apartment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, check-in was seamless, and communication from the host was good. The apartment itself was beautiful, and we particularly loved the high ceilings. It was generally clean, though the kitchen could have been better equipped. Overall, this is a lovely place to stay, and we would recommend it and be happy to return if we visit again.
