BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS - If you sign up for their $1 webinar they begin charging you $49.00/per month. I have made numerous requests to cancel my account (which they said they did) but I keep getting charged. I took it to the BBB and they kept telling me to reply to their email requesting a refund which I did numerous times. They just keep dragging this out and refusing to refund me now almost $200. Shame on you!!!
This is 110% a scam. I don't remember signing up for anything. Just noticed $49 on my CC, then realized I have been charged for three months. Try to cancel on his website, this is what you will see at the end, "You cannot cancel a subscription that is currently in the released status. It must be in "not_started, active status to be cancelled". Fraud !!
Do not fall for this scam. I joined a pointless $1 webinar and then was automatically signed up as a pro member for $49/month. Unfortunately, I did not notice the charge on my bank statement for a few months. They have a no refunds policy, even though I never once logged in. Don't be fooled!
Hello, I have emailed Cole's Classroom three months in a row now, to have my subscription cancelled. I no longer have an account with the company and not access to my account, yet my credit card keeps getting charged $49 usd each month. This is so frustrating. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE your credit card info.
Unauthorized 420$ CAN (total) was changed from our credit card by Cole’s classroom. 😢 I’ve purchased a posing guide from them for 3$ in December 2019.. and that’s it! I did not subscribe or agreed to any monthly memberships! My husband recently checked the credit card statement and noticed that the amount of 49 USD was charged from Cole’s classroom in April 2020 . As we live in Canada ,the bank applied charges of 70$ CAN for the 49$ US . I was surprised,because I knew that I’ve never purchase anything (except 3$ posing guide) from Cole’s classroom website. We decided to check all previous credit card statements and I was so disappointed to see that the card was charged every month,from December 2019 utill April 2020. In December it was charged twice (3$ + 49$) Our biggest mistake is that we never check our credit card statements every time we get them. With 5 kids, life is already as busy as it can get..Of course I’ve sent an email to them right away, because I don’t even know what to cancel,since I didn’t sign up for anything! I haven’t got any response yet. I don’t know how things are going to end,but I want to mention a couple of things..1. If someone thinks that he/she is smart enough to steal,lie or cheat, it just means that people are trusting you more than you deserve. 2. The money made this way( by stealing, lying or cheating) will NEVER bring real blessings to your life.
I see many same claims regarding Cole's Classroom as if you want to stop your "premium" account you actually can't do that. Additionally, all the so called free materials that Cole's Classroom offers you, are NOT FREE! I would like to stop the subscription and ask for refunding of the last month fee that was charged 2 days ago!
