I signed up for the $1 for 10 day free…

I signed up for the $1 for 10 day free trial. I didn't realize the secret fine print of a $49 month fee I was getting myself into when I took the $1 free 10days. I cancelled 3 days later when I saw an email about the charge that would soon occur on my account for $49. Still, after cancelling and on the 10th day, they didn't hesisate to charge me $49 on my bank account. So why the $49 charge? I posted this issue on their facebook page. They deleted my posts, and blocked me from being able to comment further onto their page. So, after 2 emails were sent. They did respond and am awaiting on my refund for the $49. Still, there should not have been a $49 charge. BEWARE!! Regardless of refunding people, to block people from your facebook page - and not allow truth comment about problems you are having is SHADY TO SAY THE LEAST!!

DIFFICULTY WITH CANCELLATIONS!

I signed up for the $1 10 day free trial and cancelled PRIOR to the 10 day. Still, I was charged the $49 on my bank account. I went into the system again to cancel my pro-membership and the system cannot find my active subscription. So why the $49 charge? Also, there is no phone number for me to call and talk to someone LIVE to get this straightened out. So, a couple of emails were sent... Once my emails were received, they did respond promptly and am awaiting a refund for the $49. Still, there should not have been a $49 draft. I was lucky enough to check my account and luckily, there were sufficient funds to cover the drafted amount temporarily.

I will give this company 2 stars…

I will give this company 2 stars instead of 1 only because they do have lots of info.. But their set up - with the $1 trial is horrible & borderline a SCAM.. I did do the trial - it does NOT clearly state it is only $10 - & then $49 - YES almost FIFTY a month after that.. Not to mention I also separately purchased a posing guide of which I was very clear NOT to add the $1 trial - & they signed me up ANYWAYS & charged me for TWO of the guides -- BE VERY CAREFUL dealing with this company -- check everything - read every e-mail - or just AVOID them.. I am out close to 200$ because of these guys & all I got out of it was some presests...

ColesClassroom is Great

ColesClassroom is Great! and the customer service is great they always answer and fix my issues asap . They are honest people and great help! I have learned so much with Coles classroom and Ive been with them for over 2 years just about and I never had a problem with them . Its a great learning tool and very helpful and love the awards they give every month free item you can redeem . Thanks Cole you guys are awesome !

‘Find your Focus’ t shirt rip-off!

I bought a ‘Find your Focus’ t shirt that was supposed to be $9.99 and they charged me $49.00! I am disputing the charge with my credit card company and have sent Cole’s Classroom another email regarding the overcharged amount! Hoping that this issue gets resolved quickly!

Impossible to cancel

I got the 10 day trial and payed a very small fee and I know that I went through all of the cancellation process before the end of those 10 days and it said my account would be deleted - but I have still been charged and I have tried to cancel it several times today but it has been seemingly unsuccessful and it says I will still be charged. If anyone is thinking of getting it - please don’t, it’s not worth it. This is clearly a very dishonest company and I am angry that I have still been charged after cancellation before the end of the 10 day trial period.All I want is for my account to be deleted entirely and my subscription cancelled. I have contacted them through the website but have yet to hear back.

I added my cc details on this website cc. colesclassroom. com /pft-via-cc-pro-order-v1 and bought the 1 dollar course, it never says in there that you are auto-enrolled in any monthly fee, I also never got an email with a login. This is a big scam and you are liers, I want to cancel everything right now please, as soon as possible.

Lots of free content available!!!

I stuck to all the free info available so far. Pretty good resource. I see a lot of folks signed up for something they didn’t get or weren’t planning on. Sadly there are a lot of those marketing sales all over the Internet where you get it free or for a dollar for a trial period. Not like I approve of this method, but it’s one if those read the small print type of things. I would still consider buying paid courses after I’m done reading and viewing all the free stuff.
