Our bed was delivered on a very wet day it was pouring down with rain. They did an excellent job of delivering our new two single beds which were joined together to form a double bed. Our old bed was taken away. It’s early days of us sleeping on our but we are very pleased so far with the service.
Your reps were very concerned about my welfare, and to making sure that my putchase was suitable to my needs, especially my arthritis, and my chair was comfortable for me! A first class service.i will recommend your company to any interested potential customers.
I liked he idea because I've got some problems with circulation. I can raise the foot of the bed up and it's stopped alot of the tingling sensations in my legs and feet. The massage system is a great comfort also to my lower back and legs

The original demonstration was excellent. The chair took longer to arrive than I had expected, but is wonderful. Everything works perfectly, & I did not need to refer to the video my friend made on my phone to remind me. The delivery team were ok, but had difficulty following instruction getting to my cottage.. drove past twice, so I was glad of my friend finally able to stand at my gate to wave them in. I had prepared the room ahead, so bringing my chair in was easy. Fitting all the gadgets took time & there was a bang as I sat in it, being shown the controls. Thankfully no serious damage. A wire had caught, but was soon put right. Everything works perfectly now. My lower back is improving, being well supported. I drift off to sleep in front of TV in the evening after supper. I had wondered how they would connect to the room’s electric plug & had my extension lead ready. No problem, they come with a bespoke lead, which made fitting easy. I am delighted with my clever , comfortable, handsome, chair !
