Review Time
So far im a new costumer and the reason I became a new one was the price was going up so I tried visible it was a great price for a year and after my year is up its still going to be very reasonable and best price around i like the service except at times my videos buffer to long but other than that I can pretty much tell you I will keep it after my year is up I would definitely tell people to go with visible its good
Visible Has been a perfect fit for me. It more than meets my needs in a cellular service.
I had seen a big Promotion for another cellular service about how low their rates were, and the phones that were available through them And when I saw the estimated monthly rate It was 3 times more than I pay with Visible. I'm just glad that my friend had referred me to Visible. I have no regrets switching over to them
I have had this service for years (6+). It started going downhill when they introduced the new plans and it only got worse as time went on.
It is a one star review because my data very rarely works. If the service isn’t functioning and doesn’t work then they aren’t even selling a functional product.
To be clear calls and texts work fine but data is rarely available at home or my work location. In fact prior to writing this, my phone bounced back-and-forth from one bar to SOS.
The thing is the service worked great for the first several years at both of these locations. It only started to degrade when they introduced those more expensive plans.
The only reason that I still use them is because I purchased a new iPhone Pro Max from them about a year and a half ago and my AppleCare is through them so if I leave, I lose that.
I had to put an eSIM from another prepaid carrier into my old phone and I use the hotspot on that old pixel 6 so I can have data on my year and a half old iPhone Pro Max. It’s inexcusable to have a product this bad.
Over the last year and a half I probably spent 60+ hours on the phone with their tech support. The first problem that pops up is you can’t get past their AI and speak to a real person unless you do these repetitive troubleshooting steps that I have literally done a hundreds of times before.
When you do get through to someone, you’ll spend a significant amount of time with them going over some of the same things you did in the troubleshooting. When that support person concludes that they can’t do much for you the finally pass you along to a higher ranking support person. After that second person hands you off, you usually get what they call a network engineer that does know what they’re doing.
They typically get my phone working but their conclusion is always that the network is unstable in my area. Then they do something on their end which I suspect is giving me first priority to the data so the phone works, but it only lasts 24 hours before it reverts to a non-functioning status.
Then you have to start the whole process over if you want functioning data. A support session that gets me to a network engineer usually takes one to two hours and it is incredibly impractical to do that every day.
Over the years, I’ve recommended numerous people to Visible when the service worked and again it worked for years from these locations.
In 2026 I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone based on my experiences and I would simply say buyer beware and avoid at all costs. Whatever you do don’t buy a phone from them you finance as you will be stuck with them like me.
Going from the big box company to this online company was seamless. Back then I was paying $65 a month on the family plan that included streaming services I didn’t use or didn’t necessarily care about. With the $45 a month savings, I can pick the services that I want instead. I haven’t noticed any change in coverage. Although most of the data that I use is through the Wi-Fi in my house it all seems to be working exactly the same.
Honestly I really like this Version subsidiary company. It's practically almost the same as Verizon when it comes to speed and reliability, but of course its not going to be as great as Verizon. I pay $30 a month for unlimited data and 8gb/day for Mexico/Canada. I would like them to improve the app more for Pixel devices but other than that, highly better than Boost Mobile that's for sure!
The only thing I was hesitant about the move to Visible was the lack of phone support. Not after today! The chat in the app brought me to an AI assistant, the AI assistant got me to a live agent--15 seconds. The live agent introduced himself by name, was very helpful and used extremely polite language, and had my problem resolved in less than 2 minutes! Been with Visible service only a week, but . . . bye bye AT&T, not regretting I made the switch!
I need a reliable provider for my business number, which is the 2nd eSim on my phone. My previous providers had no eSim capability (just a clunky extra app), or dropped the plan for seniors. (Yes, seniors still do work...)
I have found Visible to not only be priced well, yet also a pleasure to work with. The service has been very reliable, even in areas where my other eSim has no coverage. The porting process was done in like five minutes. Tops. That was excellent service!
I've been very pleased with Visible and look forward to being a loyal customer.
The service and ease of setting up an account and getting service started was unbelievable. And the fact I have no contract to deal with makes it even better. Love Verizon and so glad I get the same quality service thru Visible.
I have been with this mobile service for nearly two years, and overall, it provides good value for the cost. The plans are reasonably priced and easy to understand, with the unlimited data option being a significant benefit. However, I occasionally face connectivity issues, particularly during busy times when speeds may decrease or the signal may waver. Nevertheless, it still represents solid value if you're seeking an economical mobile option.
I've really appreciated having unlimited calls, texts, hotspot, and data at such an attractive price. Overall, the cell service is quite reliable, and I haven't encountered any major issues with their offerings. My main concern with the service is that current customers are not eligible for the seasonal promotions they offer on their plans. I opted for the basic plan in October at $25 a month. Then, in early November, they had a promotion for the same plan at $19 a month for 26 months. I would love to take advantage of that deal to save $6 a month, but it's only available to new customers. It would be great if existing customers could also benefit from those offers. Aside from that, I'm satisfied with the service.
