Stay away from, sent in phone to UR recycling , iPhone 16 used in July 2025 for like a hour and then put away 0 charge cycles , 100% battery health and immaculate to say the least with Apple warranty till July 2026 they offered £432 via UR recycling they received phone and state the phone isn’t pristine offered me £385 I ain’t desperate best to sell privately as they will try to low balling you
Your email asking for a review says I should only review your service, but that is totally inappropriate and unreasonable. Your customers are entitled to accept that you will only allow reliable, straightforward recyclers to display prices on your site. Not ones that are gaming your site to offer the best price the customer then doesn’t get. You simply shouldn’t allow sell.ur.co.uk on your site. See the TrustPilot reviews. You have to take responsibility when you are accepting commissions.
They should really do some due diligence when partnering with businesses - I got a quote of £561 for my iPhone 16 pro via “Sell Your Fone”. They received my phone and claimed there was faults and knocked it down to £270.I have since been back & forth with them to get my phone back - I done some digging and found they’ve already listed my phone to be sold on backmarket for £841! Before confirming id even accepted their revaluation. So there was either nothing wrong with my phone or they’ve already refurbished it and don’t want to return it! For the sake of £30, I wish I’d stuck with mazuma now 🥲Update - hopefully sell your fone has been removed from c&r. This issue has since been resolved and compare & recycle did offer assistance.
