This company is responsible for recommending the recycling company for which your phone should be sent, In my case it was Handtec, phone was pristine no marks , dents or scratches yet Handtec came back stating the screen protector was missing and there was a dent on the case original value was £270 revalued down to £120 eventually reassessed up to £141, asked Handtec for photographic evidence of of this which was totally ignored.Sadly I had to accept there offer as was getting no where.If you have a phone to sell then my suggestion is to sell it privately don't bother using this company as you will get your fingers burnt
iPhone 14 Pro sent in, immaculate - fully protected from purchase with covers front, rear and sides - carbon skin and living in a pouch. Removed adhesive residue and not a single mark. 82% battery, above 80% as required. Offered £55 under quoted value due to scratches and battery level. Bunch of con artists, I appreciate some phones sent in will be battered but why treat a genuine customer with a mint phone in this manner? Disgusting way to run a business. You should be ashamed to behave in this manner. As a Compare site you have to accept you are recommending these companies and therefore part of the problem - the offer I accepted was still under what I feel the phone was worth. I suggest you downgrade UR on your site or properly vet them as they are operating in a shady manner with your blessing.
