The found deep scratches, not a chance,.. they revised offer to 45, I rejected and wanted my device returned… they suddenly increased the offer to 55. I refused. Now 70, i refused.Just trying to get my device back which is proving difficult
Not an issue with this company but after finding a buyer for my phone from a company called bandi-coot I've had nothing but problems they have my device for 3 weeks offered only half of what they said even though my phone is in great condition they finally payed what I asked for as a delay bonus said money will go in the back within 24h 3 days later still not received so if you do use compare and recycle please avoid bandi-coot
Worst experience ever and I mean ever with the company that is on this site it’s a mobile recycling site called (ur) do not on my life go to these clowns I sent my mobile in to them on 17 of January no lie I have the receipt from the post office on 21 I get a text and email saying phone arrived so far so good then it took a by week for it to be booked in and tested for them to lowball me with an offer I said no I accepted an offer in the end and thought ok cool they say payment will be 7 days well no word of a lie it’s been 3 weeks I have still had no money for the phone and I send emails to be fobbed of with oh there busy now it’s there escalating the case for my money it’s so weird and dodgy but I’m getting no money and no phone back and they had this phone for close to 5 weeks now but to be fair the comparison site have been in touch and trying to help this is not on the comparison site using them was quick and easy I have given 5 stars like I said I got an email from Jamal and no joke with Jamal being in touch within two hours ur suddenly pays up so many thanks
Sent phone to ur who stated it had scratches on back and screen which is a lie,phone has been in case since day one.Offer no where near original offer and over three weeks later still not been paid.compare and recycle should not be advertising these bunch of thieves.
Unfortunately this company is here to lead you to what you would think are legitimate comparison sites, however their first recommendation is a poor excuse for a business. A prestine brand new phone they are rating as poor condition, on receiving it, and offering £250 less than quoted. What a scam! Disappointing. This website gave me the trust in the provider.
