Review Time
I purchased a swim suit less than a year ago and have maybe worn it max 3-4 times and the strap has already broke off. For the price of the swimsuit I expect a lot better quality. Disappointed because it is a very cute set.
I've made two purchases in just one week! I adored my first pair so much that I returned to buy another (with even more on my wish list). The colors and styles are incredibly flattering - I can wear these confidently at 41! The customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend!

This is my third order! The first was just a few weeks ago. An item didn’t fit, but the response time, customer service, and exchange process were seamless. I made another order, but the bottoms were out of stock. I inquired about when they would be back, and was told January, which was fine. However, I was pleasantly surprised when they recently informed me that they found what I wanted in stock. The customer service is exceptional, and the products are fantastic, even for those with fuller figures.

I found the response time to be quite slow. I kept asking questions via email, but they weren't fully answered, leading to a lot of back and forth. I dislike that refunds aren't available if the items don't suit. If the styles aren't right, a credit won't help, leaving you out of pocket for shipping. I risked sending back for a different size but still didn't get my questions answered. I hope the exchange process is swift.
