This service supports untrustworthy traders. I raised a complaint regarding the poor experience with my chosen provider. They ferried other passengers without my vehicle, leaving multiple in-and-out tickets at various terminals. When my vehicle was finally returned, it was nearly empty of fuel, and the interior was left in a mess with trash. After returning, I received two parking tickets during my absence. I sought support from the service but only received a complaints email for the provider, which went unanswered. I have now escalated this to the authorities for investigation. Trust me, they are not reliable. Pay a bit more for a better experience.
I am writing to formally complain about the poor customer service I encountered upon returning to the airport. Following instructions, I called right after collecting my luggage, but the operator was very rude and unhelpful. The interaction was frustrating, especially given the claim of readily available support. The staff member lacked basic courtesy and failed to handle the situation professionally, which reflects poorly on the expected service standards.
I strongly advise against using this service. They failed to confirm my booking with the provider on the day we flew, leaving us to arrange our own taxi to the airport. When I tried to file a complaint, their customer service was unresponsive, blaming the provider instead of taking responsibility. They don’t follow their own complaints procedure and lack decent customer service. I will never use this service again and would not recommend it.
