i had a flight that didnt get the airport i wanted to go to,instead it went to another airport due to problems with the plane,and waited for 5 hours in the plane without leaving,after a few months i saw an ad for compensair that i would get my money back,first i thought it was a scam,but i decided to give it a try since i dont have anything to lose anything,i lost hope at first,but after a few months,they informed me that the airline agreed to pay,and a few days later i got my money back,so its real.If ur flight was ever delayed or canceled,dont hesitate to contact compensair,they are the best option,and i assure that you’ll get ur money back.
They are excellent in getting the payment from the airline for delayed / cancelled flights. In my case they followed up airline and got payment in one month only. However I regret to write that their financial department is very poor. I did not know when the compensation received by them will be transferred to me. They only replied that they have sent the bank details etc to finance department. After continuous follow ups and special request from the corresponding person with whom I was dealing to their finance department, I received the compensation. As such I would like to give 5 star for the services but due to unexpected delays in transferring the compensation, the star rating is reduced to 4 star.
