It was easy to submit my cancelled flight’s details, and the subsequent timeline set out the expected deadlines for a response clearly.However, I sadly did not receive regular updates from Compensair and had to manually check for updates myself. My initial claim was subsequently refused by the airline, and despite the assurances that Compensair provide on their website, they did not appear to chase or press the claim.
On June 2025 We had a problematic 2-flights trip, with my wife. Some friends encouraged us to try getting a compensation in Compensair company. To be honest i was quite cautious about that. We procedure as the regulations were asked, and after 4 months, we received the compensation amount. The most important for me was the support from this company, via email and WhatsApp. I wish I won’t have any further trouble with flights in the future, but if this happens, I will trust Compensair again.
