We received our compensation

Our flight was cancelled on the same day, which resulted in three days of additional expenses in the city. My husband received his compensation quickly; however, in my case, there was an issue with the bank details. We managed to work together to find a solution and transfer the funds to my husband's account.

Simple, effective, good communication

I had a flight from Oman via Istanbul to Düsseldorf. Due to a delay on the first flight, I arrived in Düsseldorf over four hours late. Two portals rejected my claim because it was a non-European flight and a non-European airline. With Compensair, I received a refund of €1,200 for two people. Good communication via WhatsApp and online forms.

The worst company !!!

The worst company, DO NOT CALL THEIR SERVICES !!!, after he recovered the compensation he asked for a bonus of 30% of the recovered amount, other companies do not ask anything from the clients and recover the maximum amount!!! SHAME!!!

Absolutely the worst service I have…

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received in my entire life. I suspect they work with the airline to assist in defrauding clients .. Compensair told me not to reply to Vueling and almost 2 years later I have nothing to show for vueling making me miss an international flight .. thanks for nothing! Case ID 09329434
