The best company that help you get what you really deserve

I had the best experience with compensair. I am extremely satisfied with Compensair's service. They handled my compensation claim against easyJet after my flight was cancelled and made the whole process easy and transparent. Communication was excellent throughout, and I received the compensation I was entitled to without any hassle. I highly recommend Compensair to anyone experiencing issues with airlines—very professional and efficient!

This company is a scam.

This company is a scam.Never use Compensair if you actually want to receive your compensation.On 26 September 2025, I received an email from Compensair confirming that Air France had approved the compensation and requesting my bank details. I provided my bank information the same day.Since then, I have received neither the money nor any meaningful updates on the status of my case. Compensair never contacts me proactively and shows no interest in maintaining proper communication with their client.On 14 October, I emailed them asking why there was still no compensation (which the airline had already agreed to pay) and no information about the progress of the case. I received the same generic, scripted reply that they have sent in response to all my emails:“Our legal team is looking for ways to legally oblige the airline to pay your compensation.”However, when I asked them to provide an official letter from the airline refusing to pay the compensation after it had already been approved, they refused to do so.On 10 November, 12 November, 1 December, and 30 December 2025, I contacted them again. Each time, I received the same meaningless template response, which did not address my questions at all:“Our legal team is looking for ways to legally oblige the airline to pay your compensation.”Other passengers from this same flight have already received their compensation, yet this “very serious company,” as Compensair presents itself, still has not paid me my money.

Great experience with Compensair

My experience with Compensair was great! I couldn't believe that till the last moment, but I got my compensation for delayed flight and it was even a little bit bigger, than my ticket price!! It took may be 1 month to get the money and my effort during this time was minimal - just providing necessary details to Compensair team.There was an issue with my bank account, because Compensair couldn't send money to Ukrainian bank. But they suggested me other options, and at the end I received money to my friend's account in Europe with no stress.What was very important for me - the constant support of Compensair team. They were keeping in touch all the time via WhatsApp and email and answered all my questions!Thank you, good job!

Airline denied our request, but Compensair saved the day!

Westjet cancelled our return flight from France to Canada. No way out for 3 days at the end of a busy summer!Upon our return, we made a complain with them. After a few days, they denied our request for compensation, because it was an 'unscheduled maintenance'. They did not cover our expenses due to that cancelled flight: hotel, taxi, food and phone bills.We decided to google another way to get our compensation. Compensair was one of the first company that popped up, so we tried.We entered basic information on their user-friendly website (names, flight, proof of flight payment...), then they contacted us via the Whats app to chat live, which was really useful. We were able to follow the status of our application for compensation on the website. As announced, it took almost 2 months for the process to be done, but when it did, we got a substantial amount back, even with the 15-20% commission that the company takes. The compensation was sent directly to our bank account after providing a copy of our ID and our bank information within days.We got 2/3 back of our 2 full flight purchase, way more than expected!Next time we get a flight issue, we are coming right back to Compensair. :)

User friendly overall process, extremely easy to navigate through the process, upload necessary documents and fill the needed information.Also, expected timing of finishing the process was less than expected, the same as compensation refund on bank account.
