The whole process took 2 months

The whole process took 2 months — and then I got compensated 210 eur (It was 300, but 90 eur was held as service charge). Sounds good to me.

Terrible service, they don’t update you and just let you wait for years and years without informing you, DO NOT USE THEM WASTE OF TIME!!
