What a pleasant experience with those guys! Had a problem with my laptop and it has been fixed for 72 hours without troubles. Most amazing - picked up my item and gave it back to me from my home. Also genuine price (not like Indian computer shop at Kings Street, where they are trying to take advantage all the time) . Thank you!
They claimed to be able to turn around a simple printer repair in 48 hours. In the end they kept it away from us for more than 2 weeks and had to keep being asked for progress report. Then they told us the print head could have been repaired under warranty -- for free. They did not even mention that at the beginning. Disgraceful really. £90 wasted.
My first call into CompFixAid was very efficient. The correct questions were asked and an initial diagnosis given. The machine was collected from my house the same day and returned a few days thereafter. The initial price was correct and reasonable and the quality of the work faultless. Will use again without hesitation.
