Excellent service

Excellent service. They were clear and quick in resolving the issue. Only downside was that they requested a review in order to get my computer back. I wish they would only suggest leaving a review (which I was already very willing to give following their great service), instead of taking it as a condition to get my device back.

Great service and communication
