Ordren blev afgivet den 28. oktober og blev lovet leveret mandag den 3. november, men sælgeren har udsat leveringen hver dag med uklare e-mails om, at den kommer “i morgen” (3 gange). Nu hævder de, at varerne er på et fjernlager og ikke kan leveres i dag. Upålidelig service og dårlig kommunikation.Order placed the Oct. 28th, was promised for Monday, Nov 3, but the seller has pushed delivery back every day with vague 'tomorrow' emails (3 times). They now claim items are in a remote warehouse and cannot deliver today. Unreliable service and poor communication.
I got a fantastic quality knife (Opinel #6) at an incredible price, and my husband couldn't be happier. Shipping took 2 or 3 weeks, it was very reasonable. The knife is SO sharp, incredible quality, perfect size, and easy to fold so he can carry it in his camping bag. I'm very happy with my purchase!
the webpage and categorising/desribing/pictures related to their product is tricky, but true, based on research on internet with similar codes for products.I confirmed myself elswhere that the product code really represent what I want and I was sure to know what I ordered. Deliveder according expectations and happy with the purchase => worth of my trust for another valuable purchases
