Ordered an Xbox which arrived with a broken controller, they just told me to contact Xbox/Microsoft which told me the product was too old to be replaced.After I gave them that information they never responded even though I tried contacting them several times. In the end I had to take legal action against them. Probably one of the worst customer support och it feels like they are trying to bypass the laws
I've put my order (#10217709) on 13th of December to get the mobile phone for the Christmas gift. Expected delivery date was 21st of Dec. A bit long, but OK, as I should get it before Christmas. Starting from 17th they've started to send the notifications about the delay, every day the delivery moved to one-three days later. Today is 22nd of Dec and I get a new notification, the expected delivery date is 4th of January. No excuses, no empathy.. nothing. Now I need to manage the gift in a rush... I'll never buy something from them again
I ordered iPad on November 18, 2023. It was supposed to be Christmas present for my son. Delivery was supposed to take 4-6 days. I placed the order really in advance to avoid the rush. But ...Now it is December 21 on the calendar, Christmas is coming and I still did not get the iPad. I do not have even a link to track the delivery. They just took money from my card and do not do their job.I was complaining of course. I have sent four emails to customer support, very polite ones. And they do answer within 48 hours. And they answer that "har fått bekraftat varan har skickats härifrån" and so on. But nothing happens, literally nothing! Few days ago they seem like replaced the original order with another one (I did not ask to replace the order, I asked to deliver the order). The expected delivery is now January 4, 2024, after a 1.5 month of waiting! after all the holidays. And what should I tell my son and my family on Christmas? I am very disappointed! It was my first order on ComputersAlg and I think it was the last one. I checked the feedbacks on trustpilot before placing the order, looked sort of good. But it was a mistake.My advice to you reading this: find another store even if prices are a bit higher. Do not play this lottery, save your time/nerves. Learn on my mistake.
I ordered a Samsung tablet before Christmas and when it arrived the seal was broken. I immediately wrote to Computersalg's customer service because I had ordered a tablet as new, not as used, and I did not want to risk giving my wife a defect product for Christmas. Due to Christmas being a few days away I needed as fast answer and they claim to answer within 24 hours. They did not. I decided to go with the Christmas present I had in the hope that there would be no problems with the product. Luckily the tablet seemed OK. After 2 weeks Computersalg did finally answer my complaint and offered a price reduction of 1000 SEK which I accepted.The 1 star I give them is because they did finally act to try to remedy the situation by offering a price reduction.The 4 stars they do not get is because:- Delivering an opened tablet with a broken seal is unacceptable when it is sold as new. This is not the product I ordered or paid for.- They failed to respond and resolve the problem in the promised 24 hours period or in any reasonable time.- Making these errors in the last week before Christmas shows a completely unserious customer service.- Their reply to my complaint indicates that they generally can give no garantee that products will arrive in the promised state.All in all, a quite unacceptable customer experience. Will not buy from them again.
I ordered a phone for Christmas in the end of November. It was supposed to be in stock and the delivery time was given with 2 weeks until December 6th. A week later it started that I got several emails a week, each with a new delivery date: 7th, 8th, 13th, 14th, 20th. I contacted them and got the reply, it didn't arrive yet from their supplier. How can you say it's in stock and then several time tell me that it is on the way from your supplier when it actually isn't? Sorry that's not very professional, in my opinion.When I order a Christmas present from you, I expect it to be delivered before the 24th. Well it won't come in time, so I cancelled the order. Should have gone directly to a store - know better for next time.
