Review Time
I ordered a toothbrush from ComputerSalg a few months ago. Braun had a special offer with which you could get 200 kr. back directly from Braun in case your invoice showed you ordered before a certain date. Since I ordered 4 days before that date, but since normally you only get your invoice from ComputerSalg after they ship your order, I asked for them, in this case, to send me the invoice already. Got an answer from Tim K. that that was not possible, and that for legal reasons they could only send the invoice after shipping. Did some research, showed Tim that according to Swedish law: ComputerSalg could send the invoice already if they would want to. Gave them a link to Skatteverket's website with the info. Was extremely friendly and polite all the time, and asked if it would be possible to think outside the box under these circumstances. Tim K. answered, verbatum: "So even though it might not suit you, the answer is NO, we do not send out receipts before we ship the order." Rude & unpleasant & unnecessary. ComputerSalg often has good products, but with answers & manners like this: I will order from other places from now on. Pity.I had this experience at the end of July by the way. Terrible fraud company with horrible service, customer service wich is totally uninformed and unprofessional , way of communication, resolving issues and they are not refunding the money they suppose to! I just can't give enough of bad exemples.. List is quite long!
A very big NO! Delivery took 4 weeks, so at the time it got deliveried to Ica Maxi I was on my vacation. When I got back I called the support which informed me it got sent back but it was NO problem they will send it back. 3 weeks after I send an e-mail asking where is my delivery and I got a reply that they will repay for my order, a couple of days later I got 90% back of what I paid.Worst I have ever seenStay away from here!!Reply: What about the Phone call I made to your support? The Lady working for your customer service said NO problem we are sending it back to you. Many weeks after I contact you again and I do not even get a reply just an automatic e-mail saying my purschase has been canceled and I received 90% of the amount I paid.How can you even answer that nonchalant when you messed up twice?? I really hope the People see this./Filip S.
Update:The order was promised to be delivered on a certain date on the webpage, got a mail that it will be delayed, then I got another mail that it will be delayed again.The package arrived on the second delayed date.Broken promises is bad, at least they told about it.The package was open (!), but that must be Bring fault.Inside were the articles I ordered, unused as promised, with closed packaging.The price was good.All and whole experience - 3 stars
