We are delighted with our new ConservandSave En-Cap tiled conservatory roof and with the both the quality of the materials used and the professionalism and workmanship of the installation team. In January the job took a day and a half but would probably have been completed in a day had more daylight been available.Our conservatory was built 19 years ago and the original polycarbonate roof was looking the worse for wear, some of the original polycarbonate panels having slipped. We needed to get something done about it but were concerned about the effect this might have on the inner panelling and insulation fitted by ConservandSave some five years previously). We needn’t have worried – it was unaffected and still looks as good as the day that it was installed.Our shabby old roof has gone, extra insulation and timber rafters have been installed to make the roof stronger and the whole area has been panelled with marine ply before being covered with a waterproof membrane. Dawn came to our property to give us a quote, she was very thorough in informing us about the product and also gave us demonstration, which was very helpful.The price given to us was very reasonable in comparison to other companies and the finance option was easy and hassle free.The fitters, Dylan and Neil were very quick and efficient. They fiinished my conservatory in just 2 hours, including fitting the light and blinds, which I was expecting to take the whole day. I would highly recommend Conserveandsave to anyone looking who is looking for a cost effective solution to transform their conservatory into a living space all year round.
Dawn, the surveyor explained every process and Neil and Dylan, the installers, were friendly, professional and hard working. From the temperature never being above 10 degrees on most winter days, it has risen, after having the heating on for an hour or two, to 15-16. This is comfortable for me and I have already used the conservatory more this winter than I have before.
So easy from start to finish, from the initial meeting to the fitting couldn’t have been a more straight forward process.I was sceptical about how much it would improve the temperature in the conservatory however it’s already made a huge difference, best decision we have made!
