Our drop off and pick up just worked. The staff at reception were friendly and the bus driver on the trip to the drop off was exceptionally helpful; explaining how to get to the Hilton Hotel from the bus stop, rather than just abandoning us. The wait for a bus on the return was only 10 minutes, as advertised.
Excellent transfer to and from the airport, with easy procedure of phoning when you collect your cases and being told where to be picked up , only had to wait 10 mins for the bus , with good friendly staff at the reception . My only complaint was on returning to collect my car at night it was parked in a car park that was pitch black so ended up walking with my case through big puddles and only found my car by using my car key fob to turn the lights on to see where it was
