In general the service was good.Booking in and getting the bus to and from the terminal was straightforward.However, on collection, my car was absolutely filthy I don’t know where it was kept but it must have been in a ploughed field, judging by the state of my car.I’ll not use Cophall again
30 minutes waiting for the bus but as we had arrived early this wasn't a problem. Quick service on return but that was when the problems started. The car which is only 3 months old was covered in bird droppings as it had been parked under a tree for 2 weeks!! The staff said this was an oversight as it should have been inspected and cleaned off. The car was quickly jet washed with water but once we got home and the car had dried off there are now dull patches where the droppings had been allowed to sit for 2 weeks. The car now requires a proper wash and wax and hopefully no long term damage has been done. I shall not be using Cophall again.
