The quality and durability are remarkable, and the delivery was very prompt! However, I faced a problem with the sizing; I ordered based on my measurements, but it turned out to be quite small. I will definitely need to order a larger size.
I ordered three different types of compression leggings, but none fit properly. I need a larger size in the hips and waist, but the calves and ankles are too loose. The sizing measurements did not work for me. The extender didn't help, as I couldn't even get the garment on to try it. It might just be my situation, but if I can't pull them up now, I can't imagine managing them post-surgery.
I purchased the compression leggings five months ago and absolutely love them! They really assist with pain and lymph fluid movement, significantly improving my lymphedema. I did have some issues with the website and sizing guide; I initially chose a smaller size, and it was still too big. The customer service has been excellent, although they only provide email support and no phone number. Delivery was very prompt.
I had a question regarding sizing since I was between two sizes. I emailed and got a response the next day. I was eager to receive my order, so I chose the next size up. I would have preferred a phone call for quicker answers. My compression pants arrived quickly, but I'm still uncertain about the fit. However, the quality is excellent.
I love the material and really wished these worked! Unfortunately, they are uncomfortable around my upper thighs, where the edge of the opening digs in painfully. If there were no opening, they would be perfect, and it's disappointing they don't work, especially after spending so much.
The garment quality is solid, but the sizing guidance on the website for Low vs. High variants is very confusing, particularly on mobile. The section labeled 'Styling' misled me to think 'High' referred to a higher waist instead of height. Consequently, I ordered the wrong variant before my surgery. After the procedure, the garment was too short and caused discomfort until I could switch to the correct size. Customer service was polite but offered no flexibility or goodwill, despite the confusion stemming from unclear labeling. I suggest the company move the Low/High guidance to the sizing section and clarify that it pertains to height to avoid future misunderstandings.
