The desk service was great and the pick…

The desk service was great and the pick up also, what I was disappointed with was the car when I picked it up. There was large muddy streaks on the inside driver door sill, on turning on the engine the heater had been turned up to the maximum, as was the fan. Not as I had dropped it off
