I recently used the Cophall Gatwick Airport Parking service, and it was a frustrating experience. I waited a staggering 40 minutes for the shuttle bus to arrive. When I called the office to ask about the delay, the response was equally disappointing. The staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in providing any real assistance or information. I was left in the dark, unsure when the bus would finally arrive.For an airport service where timing is crucial, this was a major letdown. The lack of punctuality and poor customer service means I will not be using this company again.
It all just worked.I had given it 4 stars but today I noticed the new dent that the car had acquired whilst I was away so not quite as happy with the service. If they had mentioned it at the time and said "next park is on us" I would have been cool with that as it is a crap old car. I get that the driver might not have mentioned it to management though.
