my car was damaged while left with this company, the damages were minor but are chips to the wing and door which would be carelessness when moving about the cars, they have investigated the complaint and are just talking about car movement and therefore rejecting my claims, my car was 6 weeks old and in perfect condition when left thereAlso they have a clause whereby you have to check the vehicle before leaving, it was late at night and dark with no lit area plus my car was dirty from being left there so impossible to check perfectly, unfortunately I will never use this company again
Tui moved our holiday (honeymoon) forward by 3 days, terrible customer service from them which resulted in us cancelling our holiday. Booked another holiday with BA - same date going out as original booking but returning a day earlier. Spoke to Fahad at Cophall and he was able to amend our car parking arrival time and car collection to a day earlier no problem at all, we were very appreciative.
Cophall are my go to choice when flying from Gatwick. They have a great website that makes booking easy and offer great value. Become a member and you get an additional 10% of all bookings. Drop off is easy and transport to the terminal was very efficient. Collection from the terminal is also prompt. Very good .
