Former repeat customer. It used to be minibuses every 15 mins. We waited for 30 mins to leave on a freezing bus, the route was v slow and bus falling apart, took almost an hour from driving in to get to departures. Too slow. On the way back 30 mins in the cold waiting for pick up and then had to wait 25 mins until the bus was full before it left the terminal. Since they've been bought out the service has really diminished - will avoid in future.
The company has always been very efficient in my dealings with the staff. However on the 2 March I found it impossible to organise parking because of an unresponsive automayted system. I eventually telephoned Cophall directly and a very efficient lady accepted my booking. On 3 March the Cophall bus driver picked up two people at Gatwick South without telling the passengers on the bus where they were. As a result some passengers remained on the bus and ended up at Gatwick North. This was a mistake. It was mitigated by the Gatwick railway which quickly returned the passengers to Gatwick South.
Booked directly on Cophall website and found it approx £10 cheaper. Then, even better, I registered with them and got another 10% off and for future bookings too. Such a simple procedure. Haven't actually parked yet but reviews are good and plenty of info supplied by Cophall.
