Been using this company for years and loved it when it was a small company that use little mini buses. Now they’ve got big and use big buses to take you to and from the airport and the service is dire. Tonight we waited 40 minutes for a bus to come to pick us up and then it drove to the other terminal to pick more people up and drop off So in total, we were one hour from calling to get in our car.. This is the worst airport parking server I’ve ever experienced at Gatwick and sadly we will no longer be using it
Great price for starters! Directions to the car park where spot on and when we arrived the staff on reception were very efficient, courteous and friendly. The bus to take us to the airport was waiting outside and we arrived at the airport in 15mins right outside.We arrived back late evening and we just called the telephone no given to us and was told exactly were to get on the bus for the return to the car park. We waited only 5mins for the bus to arrive. On arriving back at the car park we were given our car keys and told exactly where our car was parked (200yds) from reception. We felt that our car was safe there and we will definitely use this car park again if we fly from LGW again.
