Absolutely dreadful ! What has happened to this company to go downhill so fast ? I was a regular customer when they used mini buses and provided an excellent service.This morning I arrived back in the UK and phoned them at 00:05 for a return bus to the car park. I was left waiting for 40 minutes before the bus arrived ( in this time 4 x APH buses came and went ), and the bus was not fit to be on the road at night. The driver had to drive on full beam as I don't think there were any bulbs in the low beam fitting !I needed to use the toilets which were disgusting, urine on the floor and stank.They have now lost me as a customer and I would urge you to avoid them at all costs
