I ordered a pair of pajamas size L for my wife for Christmas. When they arrived, they were size XS. My wife went on their website to do an exchange. However, they wouldn't do an exchange because they said that it was a "Final Sale". No returns, no exchanges. So after my wife had tried to reason with them, I checked the order confirmation email I received and it didn't include a size but did say "Final Sale". I checked my browsing history and the last page from their website in my history showed the correct color and size L. To me that made it look like they inadvertently sent the wrong size. So, I called and spoke with a representative who was as cold as ice. She said that I had ordered an XS, that it was a Final Sale and that their policy on Final Sales is no returns and no exchanges. She wouldn't accept that maybe they had made an innocent mistake, They're still selling the pajamas on their website, so what are they out if they allow us to exchange. The representative just kept repeating their "policy" of no exchanges, no returns. I told her that I thought their "policy" stinks, it isn't a good business policy and that I'd let everyone know!They then sent me a text which said, "Thanks for chatting with us! Share your experience for 35% off your next order!" Are they kidding?
If I could rate this company a 0️⃣ I would. I spent over $500 on two orders. Tracking says it’s delivered but guess what, it isn’t! I am out this money now because this company didn’t actually ship my orders and will do nothing about it. The live customer service agents are slow and absolutely no help. Find somewhere else to order from. Don’t waste your money here.
If you get what you order, CE is probably fine. But I ordered 3 items. One was defective. Customer service is terrible. All I wanted was an exchange. They keep stalling and telling me several different things. I’ve never experienced such bad service.
Paid for 2 day shipping… 10 days later haven’t received my purchase!Call Customer Service to see what’s going on and was rudely treated, put on hold for over 15 minutes, still don’t know when or if I’m going to get my purchase!Terrible online purchasing procedures for over prided products!
