Review Time
I bought the Sunset Slip Dress. I had used a coupon for my purchase. When I received my dress it was two sizes too small. Used the chart and selected a medium. I couldn't get it over my head. The material wasn't silky smooth, like bamboo. It was almost see through. I have bought several things from this company. It's very high end and expensive, but you get what you pay for. It was a problem returning it as I was offered the same dress in another size. I hated the dress, and I didn't want another one. I chose my right size. The sizing was way off. I wear a size 8-10, which is medium. I had to email back and forth. Finally I was sent a prepaid label. I prayed that the package would get there and it did, a week later. I was charged $11.99 for returning it. Honestly, I just wanted my money back. The dress was beautiful but so scratchy. They do have some deals that change when you put it in your cart. You think its on sale and the price jumps back up. I think that is wrong. Thank you. I have been satisfied with Cozy Earth. God bless you. Jesus loves you.
The Pajamas and Cozy Earth Customer Service Stink! I bought the soft woven long sleeve PJs for my wife for Christmas. She was a good Cozy Earth customer and had always purchased their bamboo PJs. I didn't realize these were different then the bamboo, but trusted that Cozy Earth would stand behind their product if there were any issues. My wife loved them....until she washed them. Although she washed them according to the label, the PJs came out incredibly wrinkly and shrunk to the point that she will no longer wear them (too short in legs and arms and tight in stomach). When my wife reached out to Cozy Earth, she was told because I bought them on from the "We Made Too Much Page", they were not returnable or exchangeable. I never saw that on the website and just went back to check now and in the SMALLEST FONT POSSIBLE, it does say it on the page. WHY WOULD COZY EARTH CHOOSE TO PUT THIS IN THE SMALLEST FONT!!!! OBVIOUSLY SO NOBODY CAN READ IT!!! I am incredibly disappointed with Cozy Earth and will never buy products from them again. NOBODY SHOULD!!! I left this same review on their website, but they would not post. DON'T TRUST THEIR REVIEWS!! They CENSOR them!!
