Review Time
I am new to Cozy Earth. I purchased a set of sheets. It took me a few days to get use to them but now I love them and look forward to getting in to bed. I have since purchased the cuddle blanket for my mom for Christmas and loved it so much. It has some weight to it and really makes it cozy. Since Christmas I have bought a set of towels which I was so surprised how soft they were. My latest purchase is the bamboo jogger pants and men's lounge tshirt (I sleep in the shirt). They are both wonderful. I will be buying more.
I ordered the bamboo viscose comforter with extra filling but never received my order nor any tracking email. When I called, they shipped me another one and this time, I received it. Have been using it for a week now. It feels amazing. I use the Cozy Earth linen duvet cover with it. It keeps me comfortably warm but not too hot that I’m sweating (which was the case with my old comforter of another brand). I love it!
Cozy Earth sheets and duvet covers are amazing. I've had one set of sheets for five years and washed them weekly, and they're still in awesome shape. I just purchased a second set along with a duvet cover and I truly want to live in my bed. They are so unbelievably soft, silky (and not in a cheesy kind of way), luxurious, and comfortable. They will forever be my go to sheets!Cozy Earth Customer Service is also amazing. I originally purchased a queen size set of sheets and then changed my mind (was going to purchase a new mattress) and wanted a king. I reached out and they promptly sent me a return label and shipped me out a new set.
I’m obsessed with my cozy earth sheets. They are so soft and comfortable. I also bought PJs for my MIL for Xmas, and had a great experience with customer service since they went on sale right after I bought them. They were able to refund me so I could have the sale price
Due to an existing tear in a new Cortina throw, I sent a message to Customer Service requesting help. After asking a few questions about the damage they approved a replacement. I received the new one in perfect condition. It was great service and of course, I am really pleased. I will continue to shop Cozy Earth and their well made products and refer friends.
Good to know cozy earth has enough customers that customer service for returns is no longer necessary. Charging the customer for return shipping and then a processing fee is their right, just as their (former) customers have the right to shop elsewhere.
