The customer service was fantastic. The prices were outstanding. The taste is the freshest I've had. I appreciated some extra crabs in case of casualties. I ordered 2 dozen live crabs. Even with the extra crabs, I think I had only 22 that made it. It was still plenty for us though. I will definitely order in the future. The quality cand be beat.
Received my order for 1 lb jumbo lump crabmeat 2 days after placing order. The crabmeat taste is horrible and not consumable. I sent an e-mail to the company the next morning regarding my issue. Have yet to receive any response. I also submitted my complaint online via their website. Received an response that my issue would be relayed to quality control team and would get back with me soon. I AM STILL WAITING! I've called the phone number on their website numerous times. I get a recording to leave a message then press #; the call is abruptly disconnected on their end before I can do this! I did not pay $80.74 + shipping for unedible jumbo lump crab meat! Their web page includes "100% satisfaction guarantee". I am beyond disappointed with my experience!6/18/2024: I just received a replacement order of jumbo lump crab meat that was shipped overnight.I am very pleased with the jumbo lump crab meat. I do appreciate customer service fully rectifying my issue to my satisfaction.
