Crab Dynasty crabs were the best. Very well prepared. My only negative review point was with the delivery of the product. Whom, Crab Dynasty, I will not put blame on. If an order is placed with Crab Dynasty, make sure to place your order a day ahead of a planned event. The delivery was delivered to me @ 8 pm and the function I had planned was at noon. A lesson was learned. I will continue to buy products from Crab Dynasty and recommend others to do the same.
5 stars except, communications were not the best. Phone was answered once after about 12 attempts and email responses were about the same. I still am not sure if I can stop by and pick up future orders. 175 miles away but visit area occasionally.Thanks
I would like to make a concession here concerning my previous review. I am going to admit that my previous review may have been more harsh than necessary. The reason was because I was not happy that my crabs did not arrive as scheduled. This was NOT the fault of the people at CRAB DYNASTY. It was because UPS severely damaged the package and made them undeliverable. The did arrive as scheduled to the distribution point but not to my home. The reason I was so upset was because I am obsessed with not just crabs, but CRAB DYNASTY crabs in particular. Their product is much more superior to ANY of the other Maryland processors. I had my belly ready for those crabs and just went goofy when I didn't get them. I have been buying Bushels of crab from these people for years and I could have given them the benefit of the doubt when things went sideways, because they earned it with their previous care. They have reached out to me and made it ALL good. They did not ask for me to, or know of me re-writing this survey. To Crab Dynasty, My most humble apology, and to their customers, if this ever happens to you, take a deep breath, calm down and unlike I did (eating crow) understand Ship happens. They will make it right.
