Absolutely furious with the company they have been taking money from my account monthly . I have emailed 3 times to cancel and they replied telling me they have cancelled my account and yet I have been charged again this morning. Another email has been sent with probably no resolve again . I will be taking this further legally if nothing sorted
Do not use this company. I’ve been charged multiple times each month and have tried to log in to my account online and my details aren’t recognised. Every reply by the company on a review says the same thing about logging into your account but how are you meant to if it doesn’t recognise your details.I have emailed multiple times and had no reply.
SCAM !!!! A-holes rung me from mobile , as i was waiting for a job call i've answered , no one talked , i thought i had no signal which a true to a loacation where i live so i rung them back from another number , answered but behaved shadily when asked what was it that you rung a minute ago to another number...hung up ... at 17-04 there was an attempt to take 24.99 from my account , luckily enough not had much on it untill the wages comes in so it's a FU to scammer .
Following on from my previous review where I stated that like others I had been signed up without my permission by t.dot and that thankfully I haven't given them my card number to rob me of £24.95 per month which nowhere on their website does it say they do this.The email I sent requesting my subscription be cancelled no surprises bounced back as " we are unable to connect to the server your request is rejected". I sent the email to support@creditgenius etcLooks like these are scammers in more ways than one. I will my eye out for a direct debit and if one appears it will be immediately cancelled.
Creidt Genius is A FRAUD, they take your details even though you've never signed up to an account and they keep taking payments of 24.95.The fraud team had helped me out and got my monety back.If you call them its pointless, oif you email them they must say they are busy and never get back to you.GET A LIFE
