Credit Genius have taken money from my account without my knowledge or authorisation. I have not subscribed to Credit Genius. I have informed my bank to block any further requests for payment. I have tried to contact Credit Genius to cancel a contract that I did not take out with them after finding their contact details online. Their phone number is just an automated reply telling you to email their support team. I have emailed the support team and got an automated response with a ticket number saying that they are experiencing high demand and will get back to me when they reach my ticket. I then sent them a message via the contact form on their site and received another automated email from them with another ticket number. I noticed from the reviews that other people have the same experience so shouldn't the financial conduct authority be doing something about the way they are taking people's money without authorisation?
Credit Genius set up a direct debit on my account without my knowledge or consent, worst, they have been taking money from my account for the last 6 months without my consent. I report it to the bank, just today I learned from the bank, who they are and how to stop them from stealing my money. Thieves
I'm glad and sad to see i'm not the only one that has dealt with this 'company'. bunch of thievesnever heard of the company or their services but somehow got joined to their services for £24.95 after which was left with an overdraft balance, attempts at emailing them to ask for refund seem to be futile as they seem to claim they can't 'find' the transaction in question, how do these company get away with this
Scammers, unsure how they have managed to take £24.95 from my bank and they said I had subscribed even though I'd never heard of them. They are saying they haven't taken any money from me which I've sent screenshots proving from my bank and they are refusing to admit they took it and won't give me a refund.
SCAM COMPANY. They hide small print underneath a loan application, stating that you have been accepted, and then ask you to verify your bank details. But you are signing up for a pointless credit report-type program at a ridiculously high price, and then it's almost impossible to cancel. Scammers
