They have taken money from my account today without my knowledge. Was only until I got a text from my bank. I’ve gone to log in to check I’ve not signed up for anything and funnily enough it’s saying my account doesn’t exist so I can’t even log in. Bank has blocked from their side. Avoid
This company have taken unauthorised payment from my account. Tried to contact them totally infuriating as :Apparently my email is not recognised and I don’t have a password well of course I don’t as didn’t sign up to anything with you. Email to try and stop this just get ticket raised will contact you.Try to register to cancel what ever you have signed me up to and it says email already in use !!!!Refund my money you absolute disgusting robbing scammers.I have now cancelled all bank account so angry 😡
I was never offered the opportunity to create my own password and now I have tried to reset it an error message occurs. Rest assured I’m contacting my bank to block any payment requests from you. I have also retracted the account sharing with you because you are not trustworthy and hide behind an excuse of tickets for support and a long wait for a response. Enough time to take the money. I’ll be in contact with my bank today to prevent this happening to me. Update, my bank are waiting for you to attempt to take the money but will raise a dispute when you do.
These are a scam!!! I have not signed up what’s ever and they have taken loads of money from my account ! £24.95 at a time and I am absolutely disgusted I will be calling the police on them and I have emailed the team aswell!! Refund all my money now!! They have taken another £24.95 today and tried to take another £24.95 straight after! Refund all my money now all in total you have taken £74.85 from my bank account since may! I have not used your site one single bit! This is so upsetting and I will take this matter further to the police and my solicitors if you do not refund all the money you have taken out of my bank account!!!
Scamming company taking money from people's accounts without any signed knowledge or consent. Call them and the phone A.I. tells you to email. I bet if you email, you will be told to write a letter and so on. Why? Who are you after all. I never asked any service of yours and moreover why would you make a direct debit taking money at certain times from my account without my consent? I will file a fraud police report and change my card just because of you. I really hope you will be forced to refund all the people you have taken from their money.
Absolutely disgusting! Misled by a greedy company that stole £29 weekly from my bank account! The 5 star reviews for this company have been left by the probable owners! Nobody in their right mind would think this company is anything but corrupt scammers! I want a full refund and as yet have not even received that! Banks should be warned that this company is a fraudulent payment and block their attempts to swipe anyones money! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I am now disgusted with response it was not your company that stole the money out my account! It was most certainly you! I have the email welcoming me! And a fee of 15p taken and then £29.85 taken do I need to show screenshots? If anyone wants this confirmation proof! Please drop me an email and I will provide this for you! SCAM…This company have attempted to debit my account £25 out of the blue.I went to their login page and have NO account with them and when I selected forgotten userID confirmation from their own website I have no account.They not only make it impossible to cancel or get a response and as I’ve no dealings or account with them I would love to know how they obtained my account details?I have since attempted to contact by filling in their ticket form etc and raise a complaint which I’m told takes 8 weeks to contact me.REMOVE MY DETAILS AND ESPECIALLY MY PAYMENT DETAILS IMMEDIATELY.I have since received an email confirming they have removed my details. I will update this should any funds debit from now.
I am furious I had to replace my bank card due to the company trying to take out £20 and more out of my account and that’s there way so they can ruin our credit report . I’m in the process of writing to the news papers and more …..!
