Received a text message stating that my loan had been approved and I would be contacted within 30 minutes. I received a call from an advisor called Ian who was very accommodating and had the funds processed within a couple of minutes. The whole process took less than 24 hours and was very easy. Highly recommend.
Absolute scammers, i have never signed up with this company nor have i ever started a paid subscription yet they have charged me £24.95 twice now, i emailed the first time they charged my card and got no reply i will he reporting this to my bank, asking them to block the company permanently and reporting it as fraud and scam STAY FAR FAR AWAY
Credit Genius misled me and without my knowledge set up subscription on my account, then took £25 from my account. Their phone lines are bot operating, there is no chance to speak with real person. They wants You to email them, it's a scam. To cancel subscription they want You to pay another £10 if You don't know how to navigate on their terrible website. It is discusting to exploit vurnerable people.
It should be an option to give 0 stars! Had a notification from my bank to say this company had attempted to take money from my account. Bit alarming as I have never heard of this company nor signed up to any subscriptions with said company. I emailed to state this and that I will report them for fraud. They responded saying that they have cancelled my subscription. Not entirely sure whether I believe it after reading other reviews stating they cancelled and still attempted to take more money. Will be contacting my bank to block the company and to report as a scam. Not sure how they have not only got hold of my bank details, but also how they have set up a subscription against my card without my knowledge or consent
