Worst experience of my life!Crep pretend to care for the customers by pretending to care for these reviews. Send them another email and they’ll do nothing.Still waiting for a package I ordered 4 months ago. Every time I followed up I received an answer “we are taking care of it” - no elaborations, no data, no numbers - Anything!Every answer from the customer service is running away from delivering the product, until a week ago, my emails are completely being ignored.Shame!
I've ordered on Friday and got my parcel delivered on Monday. Fantastic service from Crep Protect. I've already cleaned 6 pairs of trainers and shoes and they look like new after using the products from Crep. I haven't tried all the things from the bundles, but I'm very happy so far. I don't understand the bad reviews and people saying it discoloured their shoes. I've used it on beige/white, navy and black colours, on leather, suede and canvas and had no issues at all. Will definitely order again. Thank you
Trying to get a returns label from them is like trying the squeeze blood out of a stone!! Most shocking customer service I’ve ever experienced it’s been days now emails back and forth. All I did was make a wrong purchase, I haven’t opened the box. Any longer and I will miss the period of return what an absolute joke of a company.
