I made a purchase from them for the first time online because their products are everywhere so I usually shop in-store (especially when sneaker shopping) but was surprised to see when I was going to check out that once you surpass a certain amount you get free gifts so that was already a great incentive to keep adding! My order was big enough that I was able to get the DJ Khaled box for free!!!! so happy about that not to mention all the products that I ordered. I’m gonna have a little section for them in my sneaker area because these products are top-notch!!!!! The best for all sneaker care, protection, and upkeeping!!! They are even selling heavy duty impact soles for sneakers that are top-notch!!!!! on top of that I had a 15% coupon that I wasn’t able to add on and the Customer Service responded so quickly told me not to worry about it. They will refund me the 15% and they kept to their word and did it super fast that I was so impressed at how fast the customer service was !!!!!! I will definitely do business with a company like this.!!!! They take care of their customers and their customers sneakers!!!!!
Great products, bring trainers up like new again prolonging the life of them.Additionally, I'm astounded at the level of customer service that I have received. I discovered a slight defect with my Internet order so I used the contact form on the website to address my concerns. The response was extremely rapid and the resolution was better and more generous than I had imagined so I was super chuffed with this. The turnaround for placing my order and even my replacement goods was extremely rapid too so I cannot fault crep protect in any way whatsoever weather purchasing direct or from JD sports.Thank you :)
Crep Protect team is absolutely phenomenal in any wayThey are great attending your issues and they quickly create very nice solutions.To sum up, i'd recommend ordering crep protect even if you are not a sneaker head, just to test one product because the quality is brutal!
I sent an email over the weekend regarding 2 faulty crates, i received a response within hours and a replacement order was processed swiftly and will be shipped out to me today. Excellent customer service as always, we have 35+ of these crates ( who doesn't have a sneaker obsession right? Haha) and only a handful have had faults but the issues have always been rectified swiftly.
