The overall look and functionality of the floor bed was exactly what my wife and I were looking for and looks true to the picture on the website. However it comes completely unassembled and ours had missing essential parts and came with incorrect directions making assembly take longer than planned. The twin mattress also didn’t fit snug between the rails so we needed to purchase bed bumpers for the cracks. Not a big deal for the average flexible and handy person but could be frustrating for others.
Fantastic customer service! Had some questions regarding assembly and a broken part, and received quick communication and seamless resolution. Thank you! Even went above & beyond with a custom tutorial video and shipped extra parts to me just to ensure my little one is super safe. I can rest easy now!

That already gave me confidence that I was in good hands.The shipping process was smooth and fast. It arrived within just a few days, and the packaging was super secure. All the parts were carefully wrapped and labeled. Nothing was damaged or missing, which is honestly rare these days!As for the assembly, I was initially a bit intimidated (I’m not the handiest person), but the instructions were very clear and straightforward. It took me about 45 minutes from start to finish, doing it alone, and I didn’t need any extra tools beyond what was provided. The bed is incredibly sturdy and well-crafted—there’s no wobble, and you can tell it’s made with high-quality wood. I especially appreciated the smooth finish and the rounded edges, which made me feel even safer putting my toddler in it.The bed itself? Absolutely beautiful. It looks even better in real life than in the photos. The tall railings were a must for us since our daughter tends to roll in her sleep, and they provide great peace of mind. She’s been sleeping in her new bed for about three weeks now, and she absolutely loves it. She even plays in it during the day, which has made the bedtime routine so much easier for us. It’s honestly been one of the best purchases we’ve made as parents.Lastly, I just want to say a huge thank you to the team at Cribberry. I will say they do have good customer service but for the price … we received a product that had splinters and although we got it assembled … as one can imagine with a newborn - we have not had the time to sand and paint so it’s safe for our baby! Very disappointed that there’s so much to do to make it ready - had hoped that it was just a matter of assembling.
We purchased this as my son's big boy bed (queen size) as he is special needs and we still need him in a safe and confined setting. I love how it is open air and he absolutely loves it. He is safe and feels like he got an upgrade. It is durable and looks amazing in his new room. We have recommended this product to our other special needs friends, and they love it as well!
